Sandshine is currently working on some more shipping options, and the day it's available we will tell all our Sandshine customers.

Return:

1)if this item defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one

2)All return items must be in original box and not be used. Our customer service personel will inspect the returned item before refund or exchange

3)You will be responsible for the return postage

4)We do not accept any return of physical damaged item.

5)After 7 days, we can only make replacement or repair and customers need to be responsible for the return postage

6)Please contact us before return, a return form and the return address will be given after your return request has been issued.

Please supply all the information so that we can repair and ship your returns in time.

For repair ones, Mobile Phone only need one phone and one battery,do not need other accessories send back to us. other products only need repair products.

4)Payment Via HSBC

Note: that wire transfers are not immediate. Inter-bank money transfers can take 1 - 6 days depending on your bank. Sandshine will begin processing your order once our bank confirms receipt of full amount available.
